Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is accepted only for orders of less than €180.00. The cost of cash on delivery has an additional cost of €4 .
Note:
for cash on delivery it is necessary to provide a telephone number where you can always be reached and a valid address where someone can always collect the package.
We will contact you by mail or by phone for further confirmation. If we do not receive any response from you, the order will be automatically cancelled. Once confirmation has been received from you, the order will be prepared and can no longer be cancelled.
Cash on delivery has an additional cost of €4 on delivery.
If you have used free shipping, the cost of the "Cash on Delivery" service of 4 euros will still be added to the total amount of the order. Thank you!
Particular and unclear notes such as "ring twice", "leave it at the bar on the corner or at the neighbour's" etc. are not accepted for cash on delivery orders. The courier must be able to easily deliver the package.
Attention :
any refusal of the package once shipped or not being available by the courier, will result in costs to be paid by the customer: shipping costs, storage costs and costs of sending to our warehouse. This amount will be invoiced to the customer who will receive communication first by email, then by registered mail, then directly from our debt collection office.
For any dispute, refer to the competent court.
