Processing Time
- Orders placed by noon EST Monday through Friday will start processing the next business day.
- Processing usually takes 1-2 business days. A business day is considered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
- Total delivery times include processing and are based on orders placed Monday-Friday.
- Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed in the next following business days.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Please note:
The Registered Postal Service via Spring Global Mail is the cheapest shipping option. A tracking number is provided. The transit time may take 10 up to 20 working days depending on the country of destination
It is your duty to keep your order monitored & make sure you receive it or pick it up from the postal office in order to avoid for the package to be sent back to us.
Is online tracking available for all orders shipped via Registered Postal Service?
Online tracking availability depends on the country of destination. Tracking for 41 destinations are available as these countries are part of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Note however that we rely on international delivery partners to supply tracking data and that they are not always able to share this information. You may learn which are the countries that share their data tracking here.
Shippings towards Canada or Australia can be tracked only until the package enters the country of destination. Local postal services chose not to share the information hence you will be able to track the package only until it enters your country then you will have to wait around 3 working days to have the package delivered.
Should this not happen, check ASAP with your local postal office to see whether they have the package in custody & in order to avoid it is being sent back to us.
Shipping in countries like Australia or Canada that do not share data tracking
Should you have seen, using the tracking number we provided, that your package entered your country of destination & that your package has not been delivered within 3 working days since that date, please:
1. check asap with your local postal office that they do not have in custody your package.
2. should the postal office confirm you that they do not have your package, send us an email with your tracking number, stating that you have already checked with your local postal office & that you have not received the order.
3. we will contact the Postal Company & ask them to open an Investigation with your Local Postal Company in order to find out where your package is.
Usually these proceedings require up to 3-4 months in order to get things sorted out. We are able to issue the REFUND (shipping fee excluded) only once we find out the result of the investigation.
Fortunately, usually packages do not get lost. If the address you provided is correct & if you monitor daily the status of your order, you should not have any issues in receiving your order.
Not Delivered / Lost packages
The packages shipped with the Tracked Postal Service via Spring Global Mail will be delivered by your local mailman. Should he not find anyone at home, an advice will be left in your mail that your package is in custody at your local postal office for the next 7days. Should you not pick up your package within these 7 days, the package will be shipped back to the sender.
It is your duty to keep your order monitored & make sure you receive it or pick it up from the postal office in order to avoid for the package to be sent back to us.
Should this happen, please keep in mind that the REFUND to you (shipping fee excluded) will only be released when the goods are back in our warehouse which means this may require even 6 months time.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). If you're unsure of which of the above rates apply to you country please feel free to contact us & we'll be more than happy to help you.
Shipping delivery times are not guaranteed; delays due to backordered products and holidays can occur.
We're a small company so sometimes things might run a day or two behind. If your parcel takes longer to reach you than the times listed above, please send us an email ( help@beautiliciousdelights.com) and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Custom duties and taxes on international orders
Please note that deliveries outside of Italy, especially outside the European Union, may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes or fees, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from Beautilicious Delights.
If you do incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which you are responsible for. If those fees remain unpaid for too long, your order will be returned to sender and won't be reimbursed. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.
Wrong address DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address is entered correctly. In most cases, orders are shipped the next business day and address changes can be made within the END of the day of your order. Make sure to email us to help@beautiliciousdelights.com, subject line must read: "Wrong address order n° (indicate the order number)".
Please double check the address as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that was entered by the buyer.
